Shareholder Notification

Huveaux has today been notified from Jupiter Asset Management Limited
('Jupiter') dated 8 April 2005 that following a recent transaction in the
ordinary shares of Huveaux, Jupiter Second Split Trust PLC now holds 6,244,998
ordinary shares and Jupiter has an aggregate holding of 9,323,054 ordinary
shares in the Company. This represents 5.80% and 8.66% respectively in the
issued share capital of Huveaux.
