dated 28 February 2005, that following a recent transaction, Jupiter Second
Split Trust PLC now holds 7,077,459 ordinary shares, and Jupiter Asset
Management Limited has an aggregate holding of 10,572,266 ordinary shares in the
Company representing 6.65% and 9.93% respectively of the issued ordinary share
capital of Huveaux PLC.
