Shareholder Notification
Notification pursuant to s.198 of the Companies Act 19985

Huveaux have today received notification from Jupiter Asset Management Limited
('Jupiter'), that following a transaction in the ordinary shares of 10p each in
Huveaux on 10 June, Jupiter now has an aggregate interest in 11,352,266 ordinary
shares in the Company, representing 10.66% of the issued share capital.

Jupiter holds 7,695,959 ordinary shares on behalf of its client, Jupiter Split
Trust PLC, which represents 7.23% of the above issued share capital.
