Exercise of Options

Further to the Company's announcement on 24 March regarding Martin Beck's departure from the Board, the Company informs that Martin has exercised options over 535,000 ordinary shares in Dods at an exercise price of 10p per share. 

Accordingly, an application has been made for 535,000 ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will occur on 4 April 2016 and following Admission, the Company will have 340,305,953 ordinary shares in issue admitted to trading on AIM.
