The Company were advised on 13 October by AXA Investment Managers UK Limited,
that as at 12 October 2006, the non-beneficial interest in the Ordinary share
capital of the Company, held by AXA S.A. had increased to 29,456,664 shares
representing an interest of 19.38% in the company's  issued Ordinary share
capital.
