On Friday 8th September 2006, the Company was advised by AXA Investment Managers
UK Limited, that following the completion of the recent Placing of 11,827,957
new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, that the non-beneficial
interest in the Ordinary share capital of the Company, held by AXA S.A. has
decreased to 18.72%.

AXA Investment Managers UK Limited shareholding remains unchanged at 28,456,664
ordinary shares.
