The Directors propose a final dividend of 0.88p per ordinary share, to be paid
on 7 April 2004 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 22
March 2004.

The preliminary announcement is not being posted to shareholders, but a full
Annual Report will be dispatched to shareholders shortly. The Annual General
Meeting will be held on 6 April 2004.
