DISCLOSURE OF INTERESTS IN SHARES

Huveaux plc received notification today from Singer & Friedlander Investment
Management Limited dated 24 October 2003 that as a result of the issue of
additional shares by Huveaux plc, they now hold, on behalf of discretionary
clients, 5,372,608 ordinary shares of 10p each in Huveaux, which represents 7.52
per cent of the issued ordinary share capital.
