                     Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Huveaux is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Flaye (51), as a
non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1st September 2006.

Richard has a long and distinguished career in business publishing. He is
currently Chairman of Pageant Media, a leading B2B publisher, a provider of high
value specialist business information to the insurance, hedge funds, private
wealth management, offshore finance and online gaming industries. He has also
served previously as Vice-Chairman of Quantum Business Media, as Marketing
Director of Reed International's UK business publishing division and as a
management consultant with McKinsey & Co.

John van Kuffeler, Executive Chairman of Huveaux said today:

brings with him valued and relevant knowledge and experience, particularly with
