Huveaux plc have today been notified that Mr. John van Kuffeler (Chairman) of
Huveaux plc purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each at a price of 29p per
share and 3,000 ordinary shares at 31p per share on 7 November 2002. Mr. van
Kuffeler's shareholding in the Company is now as follows:


Previous               2,448,036     (11.85% of issued share capital)

Purchased               13,000

New                    2,461,036     (11.91% of issued share capital)
