The Company was today informed that David Beck, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 76,237 ordinary shares of 28 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 50.5 pence per Ordinary Share on 18 November 2021.

Following this purchase, Mr. Beck is interested in 76,237 Ordinary Shares representing 0.32% of the Company's issued share capital.
