The Company has today been informed that Cheryl Jones, Non-executive Chairman, yesterday purchased 50,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 11.75p per share. Following this transaction, she holds a total of 5,115,000 ordinary shares in Dods representing approximately 1.5 per cent. of its issued share capital.
