Director's Dealings

The Company has been notified that on the 27^th July 2012 Sir William Wells, a director of Dods, purchased 195,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company at a price of 6.50 pence per share. Following the transaction, Sir William Wells in now interested in 445,000 shares representing 0.2 per cent of Dods' issued share capital.
