Board Appointments
Huveaux is pleased to announce the appointment of the following Directors with
immediate effect:
•Kevin Hand (53), non-executive Director
•Gerry Murray (47), executive Director
•Jean-Marie Simon (45), executive Director

Mr Hand does not hold any ordinary shares in Huveaux
Mr Murray
Present directorship: Virtual Reality Centre Ltd
Past directorships: Digital Media Partners Ltd (dissolved) and Digital Media
International Ltd (dissolved)
Mr Murray holds 100 ordinary shares in Huveaux
Mr Simon
Mr Simon has no directorships to report and does not hold any ordinary shares in
Huveaux
There are no other details required to be disclosed under Schedule 2 paragraph
(f) of the AIM Rules.
Gerry Murray has been running Huveaux's UK Political business since the
acquisition of Parliamentary Communications Limited in May. With effect from
today he assumes responsibility for the entire UK publishing operation,
comprising Dods Parliamentary Communications, Fenman and Lonsdale.
Jean-Marie Simon has been running Huveaux's European Political business since
October 2003, which includes Le Trombinoscope, Eurosource, Parliament Magazine,
EUPolitix.com and ATP Egora, from offices in Paris and Brussels.
John van Kuffeler, Chairman said today: 'I am delighted to announce these
appointments to the Board. Both Gerry Murray and Jean-Marie Simon have played an
important part in Huveaux's development over the past year and they add strength
and depth to our executive team. The appointment of Kevin Hand as non-executive
Director adds further to the senior publishing talent and will help us to
achieve our vision of building Huveaux into a substantial publishing and media
business over the next 10 to 15 years.'
