Change of Accounting Reference Date

The board of Dods announces that it is changing its financial reporting year end from 31 December to 31 March. The board has taken this decision taking into account the trading cycles of the business, meaning the busiest months are in the last calendar quarter and as such the Board believe that a change in accounting date will facilitate a more natural split between the first and second halves of the year.  Dods will be producing interims for the 6 months ending 30 June 2012 and the Company will be publishing its annual audited accounts for the 15 month period ending 31 March 2013, on or before 31 September 2013.
