                 Publication of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

The Directors of Huveaux are pleased to announce that the Annual Report and
Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2006 and the Notice of Annual General
Meeting 2007 have today been posted to all shareholders.

Copies of Huveaux's Annual Report and Accounts will be available to the public
for a period of one month, free of charge, at the Company's registered office at
4 Grosvenor Place, London SW1X 7DL. They are also available on the Company's
website www.huveauxplc.com.

Huveaux's Annual General Meeting is to be held at 11.00am on Thursday, 26 April
2007 at the offices of Dresdner Kleinwort, 30 Gresham Street, London EC2P 2XY.
