                               Additional Listing


Application has today been made for 6,647,849 ordinary shares of 10p each in the
Company to be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock
Exchange.


The new Ordinary Shares are being issued in respect of valid acceptances of the
Offer.  These shares rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares
and admission is expected to become effective on 30th August 2005.
