Notice of Mercia Fund Management AGM

 

Mercia Technologies PLC (AIM: MERC, "Mercia" or the "Group"), a Midlands based leader in the funding and commercialisation of technology businesses in the UK, announces that Mercia Fund Management ("MFM"), its wholly owned subsidiary and a regulated fund management company, will hold its Annual General Meeting in respect of its third party funds under management at 6:30pm today, 22 January 2015 at The Henley Golf Club, Henley In Arden, B95 5QA.

 

MFM manages six such funds with a total of circa £22m under management through which Mercia has access to a portfolio of 38 businesses.  Fraser Doherty of Super Jam will be the guest speaker and four MFM portfolio companies - Crowd Reactive, Impression Technologies, Canary Care and nDreams - will be presenting at the AGM. Mercia holds direct investments in Canary Care and nDreams.

 

The company presentations will be available on the Mercia Technologies website (www.merciatechnologies.com).
