Ordinary 25p Shares (representing 0.05% of the issued class of capital) at
450.76p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 50,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 21
December  2007 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to
102,878,744 Ordinary 25p Shares.
