Ordinary 25p Shares (representing 0.10% of the issued class of capital) at
467.0655p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 100,000 Ordinary Shares is due on
10 December  2007 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to
103,079,877 Ordinary 25p Shares.
