Ordinary 25p Shares (representing 0.06% of the issued class of capital) at
481.82p per Ordinary Share, for cancellation.

Settlement and cancellation of the purchased 62,000 Ordinary Shares is due on 1
August  2007 when the issued share capital of the Trust will fall to 103,284,877
Ordinary 25p Shares.
