Mercantile Ports & Logistics Limited (AIM: MPL) which is operating and continuing to develop a port and logistics facility in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, announces that it has been informed that Lord Howard Flight is stepping down from the Board with immediate effect due to reasons of ill health.

Jeremy Warner Allen, Chairman of the Company, said:

Howard has been part of the Company during its key transition from development to operation. His wise counsel has been valued hugely and he leaves MPL with our very best wishes."
