Montpellier Group announces that it has applied for 12,676 new ordinary 10p
shares to be admitted to trading on AIM pursuant to the exercise of employee
share options. It is expected that admission will take place and dealings will
commence on 11 November 2002.  The Company now has a total of 78,388,814
ordinary 10p shares in issue.
