Montpellier Group announces that it has applied for 2,756 new ordinary 10p
shares to be admitted to the Official List pursuant to the exercise of
employee share options. It is expected that admission will take place and
dealings will commence on 9 October 2001. These shares will subsequently be
included in the entire issued share capital of the Company for which the
listing is to be transferred from the Official List to AIM with effect from 29
October 2001. The Company now has a total of 60,891,294 ordinary 10p shares in
issue.
