THIRD QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

The Directors have declared that a third quarterly interim dividend of 10.50 pence per share will be paid on 1st February 2018 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 15th December 2017. The ex-dividend date will be 14th December 2017. Please note this payment will include a Dividend Re-investment Plan facility.

The Board will determine the level of the fourth quarterly interim dividend after the end of the current financial year, and an announcement will be made in March 2018, but its latest revenue analysis indicates that, in the absence of unforeseen circumstances, the fourth quarterly interim dividend may be in the region of 19.00 pence per share, which would give a total dividend of 50.50 pence per share for the year ending 31st January 2018 (2017: 46.00 pence per share).
