FOURTH QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

The Directors have declared that a fourth quarterly dividend of 18.00p per share will be paid on 30^th April 2010 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 16^th April 2010.  Please note this will be a cash dividend only, with no Dividend Re-investment Plan facility.
