Fourth quarterly interim dividend

The Directors have declared that a fourth quarterly interim dividend of 11.50
pence per share for the year ended 31st January 2007 will be paid on 1st May
2007 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 20th April
2007.

This payment will bring the total dividend for the year ended 31st January 2007
to 25.00 pence (2006: 21.75 pence).
