Completion of disposal of Marelli Motori

Melrose Industries PLC ('Melrose') announces that, further to the announcement of 20 June 2013, it completed the disposal of Marelli Motori on 1 August 2013 to a company wholly owned by funds managed by the Carlyle Group for a total consideration of €212.0 million.
