Acquisition of FKI plc ("FKI")

Melrose is pleased to announce that all the conditions to its recommended acquisition of FKI (the "Acquisition") have been satisfied and the Acquisition has therefore been completed.

The new Melrose shares issued in connection with the Acquisition and under the recent placing and open offer by Melrose were admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange at 8.00 a.m. today.
