Transfer of shares held by Director

The Board of MedicX Fund announces that it was notified on 4 November 2011 that Mr Christopher Bennett, the Audit Committee chairman, has transferred his shareholding in the Company of 7,251 shares to a separate pension trust of which he is a beneficiary with effect from 2 November 2011. 

Mr Bennett's beneficial interest in the Company's shares remains unchanged as follows:

The shares referred to above are ordinary shares of no par value, and the total number of shares in issue is 192,604,010 with each share carrying one voting right.  No shares are held in treasury.
