MedicX Fund, (LSE: MXF, LSE: MXFC), the specialist investor in modern purpose
built primary healthcare properties, today announces that Jorge Tavares will be
rejoining the Board, with immediate effect, as Chairman. Jorge Tavares stepped
down as Chairman, following an eye injury, on 8th March 2007.


John Hearle speaking on behalf of the Board, said: 'The Directors are delighted
that Jorge has recovered from his injury and is back as Chairman.'
