MedicX Fund Limited ('the Company')


Further to the announcements of 5 December 2006 and 27 December 2006 in
connection with the acquisition of Medcentres Property Limited and Medcentres
2006 Limited application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the
London Stock Exchange for 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 25p each to be admitted
to the Official List. It is expected that admission will occur on 26 February
2007.
