Strategic Agreement with WWF Entertainment

     MEDIA CONTENT PLC ANNOUNCES AGREEMENT TO EXPAND
 WORLD WRESTLING FEDERATION ENTERTAINMENT, INC. ('WWFE')
                 DISTRIBUTION INTO FRANCE
                            
                            
Media   Content  PLC,  the  sports  media  advisory   and
investment  company, is pleased to announce that  it  has
brokered  an  agreement for its client, WWFE,  to  expand
WWFE's  programming distribution into France, with  Canal
Plus, Europe's leading pay TV broadcaster.

Paris-based   Canal   Plus,  has   6.5   million   French
subscribers, and 6.5 million in Belgium, Spain,  Germany,
and  other  countries.  It will broadcast  130  hours  of
programming over two years consisting of the weekly  WWFE
SuperStars,  and five, 2.5 hour special events  including
Royal Rumble, WrestleMania, King of the Ring, Summerslam,
and Survivor Series.

Media  Content  has been assisting WWFE in its  strategic
plan  to expand international distribution. The agreement
gives Canal Plus options to increase distribution to  195
hours,  and expand distribution of WWFE Internet  content
in France and other countries.
