Share Price Movement - Heads of Agreement Signed

The Company has noted the recent share price rise.  The Company has recently
signed Heads of Agreement to invest in an early stage internet-based business.
The business intends to acquire and distribute sports events to the world's
virtual communities.  The Company would like to stress that the the Heads are
non-binding, and would result in Media Content acquiring a minority interest
in exchange for an investment of up to £1 million.
