Media Content appointed by G-14 European Football Clubs

Media Content Sports Media Advisors, a subsidiary of Media Content PLC,
announces that it has today entered into an agreement to advise the G-14
European Football Clubs Grouping ('G-14') on media, marketing and commercial
strategy issues.

Media Content Sports Media Advisors will provide support and advice to G-14's
General Manager and the Management Committee on an ongoing basis, drawing on
its own independent expertise in the sports media and commercial marketplace.

G-14 is the European Football Clubs Grouping, based in Brussels and
incorporated as a European Economic Interest Group (n. 275). Its founding
members are: AFC Ajax, Borussia Dortmund, FC Bayern Munchen, FC Barcelona, FC
Internazionale Milano, Juventus Football Club, Liverpool Football Club,
Manchester United Football Club, Milan AC, L'Olympique de Marseille, Paris
