Media Content plc, London-based independent media content and service company,
has appointed Mark Andrew Wilsher to the Board as a non-executive director as at
11 June 2002.

Commenting on the appointment, Leonard M. Fertig, Chairman of  Media Content
plc, said,' Mr Wilsher's appointment adds significant strength to the Board. His
experience at a senior international level on investments and acquisitions,
corporate finance, and the London financial markets will prove invaluable to
Media Content, and we will greatly benefit from the knowledge and skills which
he brings to the company.'

Currently, Mr Wilsher (aged 40) is Chief Executive of Venture Consulting Ltd, a
consultancy business that advises small to medium sized businesses on how to
raise finance and provides general corporate finance functions and strategic
advice.

Earlier in his career, Mr Wilsher held positions with Deloitte and Touche,
Andalex Investments BV in the Netherlands and its sister company Berco Limited,
and has extensive experience as an advisor on investment strategies for a wide
range of companies.  He graduated from the University of East Anglia with an
upper second in Business Finance and Economics, is a qualified Chartered
Accountant and a member of IMRO.

Mr Wilsher holds the following current directorships;  Durlacher Corporation
Plc, Flying Null Ltd, Thermotic Developments Ltd, Venture Consulting Ltd, and
Winvista Corporation Inc.

Mr Wilsher has held previous directorships over the last five years with -
Logitext UK Ltd, Creature Labs Ltd, Orchard Furniture plc, Leisurehunt Ltd,
Whereonearth.com Ltd, Venture Technologies Academic Research Partners plc, Zoo
Corporation plc, JCP Computer Services Ltd, ImagoQA Ltd, Peopledoc Ltd, Blaze
Imaging Ltd (liquidated Jan2000) and Venture Technologies Ltd (exec director 19/
8/97 to 6/01 insolvent liquidated June 2001).

There are no further matters that fall to be disclosed pursuant to Schedule Two
paragraph (f) of the AIM Rules of the London Stock Exchange.
