Director/PDMR Shareholding

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, the Company announces that is has today been notified that Maksar Investments Ltd who hold shares on trust for Dr Kassem Alom, the Deputy Chairman of the Company, sold 5,000,000 ordinary shares of £0.10 each, on 29 September 2014 for a price of £10.00 per ordinary share.

Following the transaction, Dr Kassem Alom, who is the ultimate beneficial holder of the shares, beneficially holds 7,055,946 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 6% of the issued share capital of the Company.
