The Board of Media Content plc announced today that Robert Montgomery has
resigned as a Non-Executive Director. Mr Montgomery, now based in Canada, was
a co-founder of Media Content, and will remain a significant investor in the
Company.

Mr Ian Carysfort Buckley, aged 46, has been appointed to the position of
Non-Executive Director as his replacement. Mr Buckley is presently a mergers
and acquisitions consultant based in London following a distinguished
twenty-year career in corporate finance. He also currently holds directorships
of Carysfort Limited, Jasmin Plc and Abinger Investments Plc.

In addition he has had past directorships, within the five years prior to the
date of this document, with Seymour Pierce Group Plc, Airtime International
Limited, Carysfort Business Brokers Limited, Southern Star Circle Plc, Fortnum
Energy Plus Limited (formerly the Gas Light and Coke Company Ltd) and Gerrard
Limited.

No further details are required to be disclosed pursuant to Rule 15 and
Schedule 2, paragraph (f) of the AIM Rules.
