VoyagerIT.com plc COMPLETES ALL SHARE ACQUISITION OF PANDA ANTI-VIRUS SOFTWARE
FIRM

VoyagerIT.com plc, the AIM-listed Internet, IT and media investment fund,
announces completion of the agreed acquisition of 100 per cent of Panda
Anti-Virus Software Limited, satisfied by the issue of 8,283,378 ordinary
shares in VoyagerIT at 15p per share.

A private company, Panda Anti-Virus Software Limited markets and distributes
'Panda' anti-virus software and other anti-virus products from premises in
Cambridge. 

Mr Stephen Moate, Managing Director of Panda Anti-Virus Software, has signed a
12 month rolling service contract with the company. He has also been granted
options over 1,000,000 Voyager IT ordinary shares, exercisable between one and
three years from 19th September 2000, at 15p per share.

VoyagerIT.com took an initial 24 per cent shareholding in Panda in April 2000
for £150,000 cash and the purchase of 100 per cent of the company is part of
VoyagerIT's revised investment strategy of acquiring substantial holdings in
internet and IT companies with demonstrable potential for sales-led
profitability.
