                                 RESULT OF EGM

Mercury, the property services provider, announces that each of the resolutions
proposed at the Group's Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today were
duly passed.

Please note that regarding Resolution 1 on the EGM Notice, the current
authorised share capital of the Company is £30,000,000 not £3,000,000 as stated.
