Medica Group Plc (LSE:MGP, "Medica" or the "Company"), the UK market leader in the provision of Teleradiology services, has today posted its Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2016, together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Proxy Form to its shareholders. The AGM will be held at 10:00a.m. on 28 June 2017 at the offices of Eversheds Sutherlands (International) LLP at One Wood Street. London EC2V 7WS.
