VoyagerIT.com plc INVESTS £250,000 IN CONVERGENCE TECHNOLOGY.

VoyagerIT.com plc, the AIM-listed internet, IT and media investment fund is
increasing the internet/telecomms weighting of its portfolio of holdings in
growth oriented internet, IT and new media companies, with the purchase of 10
per cent of the ordinary shares in Comvurgent Limited, a private company
specialising in the design and development of convergence technology - the
merging of computer networks and traditional telecommunications - for training
purposes, for £250,000.

Formed in October 1999 Comvurgent Limited is based in Nottingham and
California and has secured substantial orders in the USA, Europe and the Far
East for its first two comvergence products, the PBXibitor and the PBXercise
telecomms sales and training aids

The PBXibitor replaces cumbersome demonstration equipment with compact
software on a laptop computer to drive a number of digital telephones, while
the PBXercise training aid aimed at the mass end user market enables business
telephone users to be trained over the internet using the same core technology
as that used in the PRXibitor.
