The Company was informed on 1 December 2000 that Mr Paul Curtis had purchased
850,000 ordinary shares in the Company, increasing his and George House
Holdings, his associated company, shareholding in the Company to 5,995,000
ordinary shares, representing approximately 5.06 % of the issued share capital
of the Company.
