Envesta Plc SELLS HOLDINGS IN ONLINE PROPERTY DATABASE OPERATORS.

The Directors of Envesta Plc announce that the company has disposed of its
holdings in the on-line property database operators, Partners in Property
Solutions plc and Propertytrade plc, for an aggregate £103,250 in cash.
