VoyagerIT.com plc, announces that Mr Stephen Dean, Chairman of VoyagerIT.com
plc, has today notified the company of the following purchase of shares in the
company.

2,583,333 ordinary shares at 15p per share on 22nd May 2000.

This purchase brings Mr Dean's total shareholding in VoyagerIT.com plc to
18,605,416 ordinary shares, representing 18.17 per cent of the issued share
capital.
