plc, has today notified the company of the following purchase of shares in the
company.

250,000 ordinary shares at 15p per share on 6th April 2000

This purchase brings Mr Dean's total shareholding in VoyagerIT.com plc to
15,522,083 ordinary shares, representing 15.23 per cent of the issued share
capital.
