plc, has today notified the company of the following purchases of shares in
the company.

500,000 shares at 18p per share on 30th March 2000

250,000 shares at 16p per share 31st March 2000

These purchases bring Mr Dean's total shareholding in VoyagerIT.com plc to
15,052,083 ordinary shares, representing 14.77 per cent of the total equity.
