                            Director's Shareholding


The Company was informed on 28 August 2002 that Hemery Trustees Limited
purchased at that date 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 0.58p and
1,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 0.55p.  The shares held by Hemery
Trustees Limited are held in its capacity of the Taurus Trust, a discretionary
trust of which Mr Stephen Dean, Chairman, is the principal beneficiary.   
Hemery Trustees Limited now holds 508,521,415 ordinary shares in the Company
representing 64.76 per cent of its issued share capital.
