The Company was informed on 30 May 2001 that Mr Stephen Dean had purchased
1,000,000 ordinary shares on 30 May 2001 at 5p per share. Mr Dean now holds
25,655,124 ordinary shares representing 18.55 per cent. of the Company's
issued share capital.
