The Company was informed on 29 May 2001 that Mr Stephen Dean had purchased
250,000 ordinary shares on 25 May 2001 at 5p per share. Mr Dean now holds
24,655,124 ordinary shares representing 17.83 per cent. of the Company's
issued share capital.
